    Hi,
Please visit my stores page on WP platform which I couldn't complete for the problem I am now going to ask suggestions for. The problem page

What I want done is add this Amazon aStore to this page and make it appear in its full spread. I fear it may mean removing the right sidebar which is not the way I want to take as it alters the page layout overall.

Secondly, (not so important but) the page url, which is now http://weightloss.healthgenie.org/230/ needs changed to http://weightloss.healthgenie.org/Stores.htm because I already have an old page by that URL (which I created before I switched to WP) with quite a few backlinks. If it can be done with WP, I will remove that forever. Is there a way? Or would you suggest to permanently redirect the URL to this new one?

Why do you use the sidebar widget or use feeds?

That's because I want to. The problem page is not a stand alone website in itself but a small part of my site which uses the sidebar widgets. (Or can I remove the widgets for any one page and leave them as they are for the rest of the site?)

Mate Don 't know if this helps,
but for the feeds in the sidebar just get them from your amazon account and set it in your sidebar
for the link you do not need redirecting,
on pubblishing or updating the post you can configure the permanent link to what you want.
hope this is what you looking for.

You have a few different oprions:
First, I would look through the astore templates and see if anyone has solved this problem already and made the proper css modifications to make it fit. There are many there already that drop the astore sidebars.

If not, you can make the mods yourself..there is an option to put in your own css.

If you can't do that on your own, you are going to have to drop on of the sidebars if not both to make it fit the way that you are trying.
Since this is a page, and not the landing page..I would drop the adsense, and videos..they are not necessary and probably inhibit any sales anyway. You have the sidebars on every other page...on this page you are trying to make sales...you don't need all the other stuff on it. (JMO)

As far as your link...you can change that to what ever you want in your WP editor Edit->Pages, and change the page title to what ever you want.

I have done that on a few blogs in the past, one almost just like that one here.

My advice...if you want to use that astore template, drop the sidebars either on the astore, or on the page. You don't need both.

This seems to be the solution as I have no problem with dropping one of the sidebars but tweaking that would be really technical and hard for me. Let me give it a try and post back here.

    Thanks very much
