I have my blog Techie Talks and Digital Desires, Can I have a word with the webmasters so I can improve the site? What should I do to improve the site better?

Its all about the quality of your traffic, not the quantity.

Make sure you are targeting some damn good keywords.
Also make sure you backlinks have a nice and high PR
