I was giving a bad iTrader and we didn't agree to trade

60 excellent itrader points for me!
Then today, just now, I dropped one as I actually got a bad itrader!
The idiot bought sometime, banner rotation, and got pissed because his banner was not ever shown according to him.
He called me a liar for the stats, and the banner showing!
I refunded his 4 bucks.
Plus he was pissed that one banner he wanted could not be used because it was like a 600x600 banner!
Geesh....just takes one fool to do this!

But life goes on.

 

$4 is a lot though, I'd definitely kick up a fuss too; BBC Watchdog, Trading Standards, Small Claims Court, possibilities are endless.

 

Just a quick question - I reported a bad iTrader rating using that "report" button in the iTrader page. How long does it take for a mod to review the situation?

The guy who gave me the bad iTrader gave it (and a red rep, which is fair enough) to me because he got angry at a comment I made. We didn't make any transaction and it looks like he got his account deleted now as it says the iTrader was given to me from "Guest".

It's blatent misuse of the iTrader system...

The guy had multiple accounts (judging by the duplicate e-mail addresses), some of which were banned before. Also I read other reports of the guy misusing the iTrader system.

Anyway enough of my rambling

 

I understand that its a huge waste of your time, but..
I have records of all the conversations, and each pm back and forth is quoted so you can see what I said, and this other person said..

I don't think you have much to worry about.

 

I wouldn't worry about it too much - you have enough positive iTrader feedback that it will unlikely affect your reputation.

Continue on and soon the negative feedback will be buried. There's always a link to the deal thread if someone is overly concerned with the single negative feedback - they can judge for themselves by reading the thread.

 

okay, I suppose your right, I just hate having a bad mark when I've only been here a month or 2

Yes , I was the one who left this bad Itrader feedback.

I am a buyer of domains and sites , that is my business and I finalize over 10-15 transactions a week. I came to this forum in order to find more possibilities
and vendors.
All I found were people like GameTrump which makes the internet a jungle as it is now.

1. I seen all of you are very sesative for spelling mistakes. sorry for my english...

2. I just came back from the war in Lebanon so that is why i didnt replay for so long.

3. GameTrump Made all of you lose a client which could make you guys some money. Now I moved on to dnforum until i will gain my trust again with the users here.

4. GameTrump was dealing with that transaction as a little girl and didnt finalize it fast and easy as I expected. I was making the bid and lost it becouse I was off line. after the bid i offered him additional %10 if the transaction wont be finalized. the guy said it was sold and I accepted it.
than he sent me an Email offering to send me a copy of what he allready sold to the other user.

That is somthing which is not respectble by any buyer.

At this position I didnt want to buy from some one who will sell copys after I am gone. any how , I offered him lower price than he asked for to see how far he will go. He got mad and we ended this issue.

5. he wasted my time , I was very disapointed and thats why he recieved this bad feedback. Beside he deserved to be baned from this forum for selling copys.

6. I payed some one in DNforum to do the job which was done over night.

7. during my stay in Lebanon some one hacked into my site and removed the files . I tried to think who had my FTP details and suddanly it occoured to me that GameTrump Had it (I gave him that with my final offer to see if he is serious).
I have over 500 sites and it never heppand to me before , therefor I assume he would be the one who sis it.

Guys , before you give credit to someone , make sure you understand the demage he coused to all of you and to me too.

I Give gametrump 24 hours to fix the site on the ftp account or I will make sure he will pay for it.
If this wont be fixed i will fix it and never spend another penny at digitalpoint. help me make him fix the site and ban him and i will keep spending money here.

can this person be banned, his is threating me and in a pm that he is going to " un SEO" my site..
w/e that means..

I never touched or even looked at his sites..

the person was a waste of my time b4, and is about to go on my ignore list..
I'm to busy to deal with children like this..

This makes me wonder if this is why I've had issues with my host the last 2 weeks... it seems my sites are down again..
I sure hope this person gets whats coming to them, there was never an agreement between us in the transaction that he thinks, and I've never visited any of his sites..
all my Pm's are still in my box if staff still wants to check them out.. it's not my fault if there site got hacked.. hes an idiot for sharing his info and not changing the pass.. who knows where else he posted his info.. I definitely wouldn't ruin my reputation over some kiddy games like this...
guess I better make sure I have current backups of all my sites for when he " takes care of me"

Please sort this out privately, it looks like a misunderstanding none of us have any business knowing about. Allow yourselves some times to sort it out before naming and shaming.

We don't like treatening a member or harassing them so make wise decisions both of you if you value your DP membership.

We don't want to hear about this again so sort it out as professional people do.

 

This is a bit messed up man.. I enjoy this site and don't wish to leave, especially over something like this..

As you can see in my Pm's and my threads I never agreed to any transaction with this person, and have never visited any of his sites.. Yet this person posted that he was going to " take care of me" ??
I take that as a direct threat, yet nothing will be done to this person ??

 

Like I said, we don't tolerate such behaviour, appropriate action has been taken. But it's up to you guys to resolve this. Us banning either of you is not going to resolve your dispute or take away the chance of being hacked etc. That's why I'm saying the ball is in your court.
