I just read the first article on the first page that opened about the quick tips on metabolism. I think that it should be written better. There are some errors. No offence meant.
But then who is speaking I probably make more errors than most.

To be successful, have fresh and unique content - posts - on a
regular basis, at least a couple a week.

You could create other categories, for instance, reviews of others'
programs.

 

you choose a good niche to write blog...why??because i think there is so many people in the world confusing about weight loss,they does not know how to loose their weight..keep moving guys.

A nice clean site but unfortunately the content is nothing new to people who read this sort of thing - you need fresh new information. Also I agree with DigitalPlease - you need to use correct language but it's not as bad as a lot of sites I've seen. Definitely a lot of potential.

 

i like especially hadder of your blog but dude its so competing niche u have to give something good to your viewrs ............

I think the quality of articles is one of the things that must be valued first on this blog. Can you tell me something about the quality of the articles on the blog?!

You need to work on theme. Change the layout. content is ok.

 

the content is fine and yeah quality of content is really vital. but if you think as a random visitor instead of a webmaster, i think you will realize that you really need to give them a good impression about your blog before they start reading your articles. a high quality article cant make any good if a visitor gets an impression that this place suc*s.

i meant maybe you can place 5/6 posts per page. in that case you must have to use the --more-- code since the size of your articles are huge.

Missing some navigation at the top of the site.
you could put more articles on the frontpage
Nice typography

 

I think majority of people are moving in this very niche only.
So, bringing out something different is very important!
