Within 24 hours is a bit difficult unless you get links from some high authority sites. You can rely on social bookmarking sites to get some link juice and google bot to your site. Submission to google is a waste of time
now a days it is very difficult for new sites to index in google,,,,,, i opened a new blog for my PR3 site which has sitelinks in google,,,,,,, even though i build lots of links, google tooked 1 week to index my site,,,,,,, but still it did not indexed my site completely,,,,, submitting to social bookmarking sites won't work now a day,,,,,, upload a video to youtube with your link in description,,,, i will work,,,,,,,,
ya the same problem is happening with my. google last crawled my site on 18th and i have yet another 15 articles to be indexed. Either it is some google problem or they decided that they will crawl new sites slowly.
If you have a Wordpress blog it's quite usual for new posts to be indexed within a few minutes. For non-blogs that don't have high PR, it's normal for Google to take a couple of weeks to reflect new pages/ title changes etc.

firstly you have to get a good backlink from a high-reputation site, then you have to add your site on google webmaster, add a sitemap, etc.

Hmm... I think so... Now, it very difficult on new blog to indexed within 24 hours in google. But, I have some tips to You to get indexed quickly on google.. 1. Submit your Article to Some high quality social bookmart (Digg, Delicious, Reddit, Folkd, etc.) 2. Get backlinks from other site that very often visited the bot of google. 3. Submit your site on Technorati! Do that tips, and its not impossible that your site got indexed by google on next 24 hours

First of all get content on your website. If your site doesn't have any content then nothing will be indexed. Once that is done try getting linkbacks from quality sites. Google will most likely come to your site from another site of quality (PR and Good Backlinks). Google webmaster tools, Google analytic, Youtube, site.GOOGLE.COM , Blogger.com etc etc. If you use all of them properly then you will get indexed within 24 hours. i purchased a domain , ourmaquiberry.com and i used everything properly and get indexed within 25 hours and even got top 10 rank with all targetted keywords. getting ranking is really easy depend on the keyword competition. for example i have a domain whose keyword have more than 100 million competitors and my doman take around 8 month to get top rank. where maqui berry site took 5 days to get top 10 rank because it have just 0.2 million competitors.

If you get links from popular websites that are crawled daily, or several times daily, you should be indexed in google very quickly. Of course though it may be difficult to get a link from a popular site unless you already own one, where you could link from.
What I normally do is link to the site from my main site (sidebar or something) and then submit the new site to Digg. Within a few days I'm in Google. From there it fluctuates for about 2 weeks regarding how many of my pages are in Google. It seems to slowly grow to all of my pages, then some, then more, then some, then back to all.
I'm always bookmarks at Digg dot com and propeller >> the most popular bookmarks.. And, when i check it back, within 1 hour, my site indexed... wow..!!
