Do you mean what is the best way of making a site get on google? That will be plain linking to let google find the site on its own.

DO NOT EVER EVER E V E R SUBMIT YOUR SITE TO GOOGLE

Your basically telling them that your desperate to be in their index

Google is a search engine, so let it search. The best way to get indexed it to make a twitter account and link your site from there. Google loves twitter and even though its no follow, your site will get indexed.

Google rewards natural SEO, so make it look natural. Submitting a site to a search engine is not the natural action of a general web user. The general web user would add it to their facebook, twitter or blog about it.

    SO DO THE SAME

    For Google use site:yoursitename.com
    For Yahoo! use domain:yoursitename.com

Type the domain name, if you see any results of your site .....then the site is said to be indexed.
