$25 WP header, youthful

    looking for someone who can design a blog header

    Theme: About the Youth (in my country/ region, ... politics, religion, social issues)

    1. good use of colors,
    2. refrain from animation/ cartoons,
    3. must be youthfull, with sparky colors,

    winner may be further required to design the whole page, and if you know how code it to WP.

    the header needs to be a normal size, 1000px wide, with 50 - 80 px height,
