Aweber Questions

Not sure if this goes in here, But I couldn't find any other part of the forum that this should go in.

Anyway I have a few questions about aweber and what it can do.
    Say for example..

I wanted to build a list.. and they were going to get a few emails in a certain time span of 2 weeks maybe 1email a day. They start receiving the emails right after they subscribe.

So lets say Today is the 12th of september (For examples sake):
14 people joined my list on the 5th of september.
18 people joined my list on the 7th of september
12 people join my list on the 12th of september

    Can aweber..
send day 1 emails to the 12th of september people..
whilst also sending day 6 emails to the 7th of september
and also sending day 8 emails to the 5th of september people at the same time?
and this would continue on in the future..

    Is this possible?
    Thanks.

I've been using AWeber for many years now, and I highly recommend it.

You can set your autoresponder in two ways (and you can also send emails manually as a broadcast to your list).

    1. Set the time span. How many days after the first email should they receive # 2, how many days after they receive # 2 should they receive # 3 and so on

    2. Send emails only on certain times. You could instead of sending emails at certain intervals, set that they should only be sent on certain times and days (included in the analytics upgrade). For instance, you might only want to send out emails twice a week, only at 10 pm on tuesday and thursday.

You can also have different webforms that you use for people signing up to your list. If they sign up using form #1, they can start receiving email #6, if they sign up using form #2, they can start receiving email #1 and so on.

AWeber is hosted at Aweber and not on your own server.

Can I upload a list of emails I have into the aweber list though?

Can anyone using aweber show an example of the aweber opt in form?

Yes, you can import emails. Read this at AWeber.

It's very easy to create an optin form using AWeber, view this video.

Yes I have my aweber autoresponder set up sending out emails over specified times and to certain types of responses to my website - its all self explanitary on the site- a very successful system - it is the basis of the automated responses from my website:)

Yes you can send them everyday provided your report spam ratio is maintained below 0.10 % which is never a problem provided you have good subscriber list.

Importing a list in Aweber requires another opt-in, this unfortunately will usually cause you to lose about half your subscribers.

FeedmailPro.com is similar to Aweber (for blog broadcasts only) but it lets you import a list without another opt-in. The way they avoid abuse and still allow this is they roll out to the list slowly, testing it for complaints, unsubscribes, etc.
