    This was a personal blog started just for fun but as users started coming in I felt it should be continued but as of now there is no option left for me to let the blog die and not be of any use so am selling this out due to time constrains with my regular work ... Though i havent actaully tried to monetised it but had tried a few hands on with google adsense... though basically success was not too much for me and It didnt matter too. I can assure that this can be useful for anyone trying to get it to monetise with advertising if has the proper knowledge of it. Though using some of my SEO knowledge i manage to keep it on the 1st Position of google for the keyword "technology worldwide" since the last 22months... Please feel free to ask any questions regarding the site...

    3500/30=120 (approximately). This is the number of months it would take to get back the investment. 10 years!!! Seriously think of lowering your price. I would suggest 10-15 times the revenue + a premium if your site is so well established. You might not make a sale if you plan to keep your BIN above 1000$.

    With 7,000 monthly uniques you have this low Alexa? I would have expected it to be under 100,000 considering it is tech related. however where are the traffic coming from. Post Google analytic screenshot of traffic source.

    $3500 for a site that is earning $30/month is not bad. The question is how many months have you got this kind of earnings @ $30/month? I've sold a site for $5000 and my earning for this site was $30/month but it was 4 straight yrs of making $30/month.

    Henry, if you have any other sites that consistently make $30 a day, I'll be happy to buy them for $5000. To the seller in this thread, let me know if you decide to lower your price to something more reasonable.

    Guys seriously i dont expect it to sell at that price but would like to get good offers on it as for the analytics I just added it yesterday due to request from a buyer before that I used statcounter for it...
