    Many of the big CPA affiliate networks have good referral programs.
    You could check some of those out.

    Hosting networks pay up to $120 a sale, whereas its easier to just use Maxbounty or similar to do simple zipcode remits or emails. Maxbounty has pretty good support.

    guys he is asking 2nd tier referral program.. most of the networks pay 1-5% of the referral earnings..

    you must be knowing which is the best... you run a great affiliate directory... plz don't hide, share the secrets :D
    also, do these referals really bring money in long term? or we just get zero earning signup referrals :confused:
