    Basically What I will do is Redesign your existing vBulletin Theme Fully and Organize the Forum Boards , Install wanted Mods & Will Bring traffic to your forum from offers and advertisements.

    Price will depend on Requirements , Basically it will be between 15$-100$.

    Redesigning = 15$/Partial Redesign or 30$ Full Redesign
    Organizing = Depends on how many mods should be installed and how many boards are required.Mainly 10$ to 20$
    Waking up your forum = Depends on how much traffic your forum needs 10$-50$
