I am interested in submitting my site to open directory. I have read the instructions. It appears like once you site meets there qualifications you find a category as you look thought http://dmoz.org/ but when I found a category I wanted to submit to I noticed that there was no place to suggest a site, submit or what ever they call it. Please tell me where to look.
Many of the top level categories do not accept submissions - drill down to a more specific category and you'll see the suggest URL link at the top of the page.
