Selling Internet Marketing Blog, 400+ Feed subscribers, $5000+ Profit

Hi guys,

Today I'm looking to sell a blog, HQHow.com. The site was originally set-up by me as a case study into how to make money online, and made over $4,000 in its first month.

The project had only been planned to really last one month so I didn't keep the site going from there. I make over $10,000 every single month online so wanted to put time into my other projects.

Feed Subscribers

The site has just over 400 feed subscribers. They are all human and completely real (you can see by how many comments the posts get). The screenshot shows a little less as, anyone with some knowledge will know, the feed count goes up much higher after a post, I haven't posted in a while as I have been sidetracked with other projects.

All of these comments are completely real. That shows how dedicated the audience is on the site and how many of them are looking to make money online.

All content is 100% unique to HQHow.com and has been written by me.

Design

The design is a theme which I bought, but comes with the sale. It is 100% unique as I have even massively tweaked the paid theme which you will see if you check out the website.

Domain

The domain is in namecheap and I will include it as a free push to your account. HQ stands for headquarters and the how is about how to make money online.

Traffic

When the site made over $4,000 in one month, that was purely from just over 6,000 visits. However, as you will see from the stats, those visitors were highly dedicated and would spend a lot of time on the site.



Income came via:
- Bookmarking Demon Affiliate sales (Clickbank - $70 per sale)
- Hostgator Affiliate Sales ($150 per Referral)

 

Are you offering the Aweber account as well with it and how many subscribers does your aweber account have. What about the free ebook ?

The aweber account links to another list of mine. However, 99% of list subscribers are already on the blog subscribers list so it would be easy to build it back up again

I like your site. I noticed in one of the 'stories' that the Bookmarking Demon is integrated with the really important story in your site. Does the Demon come with the site? Or is it possible to purchase it separately and for how much?
What worries me is if I was to replace it with my product I am not sure that it would be believable.

Does the Cloud Living come with the site to do with as I please?

The site is so personalized to you I am not sure how can I convert it in such a way so it represents me believably. I am relatively new to this and not as successful as you are so far. Any ideas on how could a new owner convert this site so it reflect his/ her success? How would a person without much success could do that?

I really like your site and I would like to buy it if I can get through that stuff above. I guess one of the ways to do it would be to rewrite all the stuff including the ebooks if needed so it reflects who I am.

It might be that this site is just suited for people who are already successful so they not need to make up all of the things.

Thank you, I made around $20k with Cloud Living so I was happy with that.

As far as a price, $1,500 is a bin. This is a total bargain in my opinion (super focused community, 400 subscribers, unique theme, proof that the site makes money)

I am accepting offers though as I'm aiming to shrink my portfolio

 

If you know how to make money online / build websites, people will trust what you say. There are over 400 people there looking to make money, plenty of them wanting more guidance. Even with a little bit of work you could build this site to more subscribers and flip it for a profit (or make money with the present community).

Most of the people there know me as DJ (which is not my name) so it's not like I am super personal on the website.

Cloud Living does not come with the site. That is a course that took me one month to create and worth far more than the $1,500 (on it's own) I am asking for this site.

If you are new to this, what I would do is restart a case study and do you rown. Similar to how I did things, admit you are new to it, and explain your exact step-by-step actions. People would be begging you for updates (they were me) and you could share affiliate links to tools and products you used along the way.
