Very nice layout, the content isn't too bad either. Keep up the good work.

 

Nice looking site. I'm not sure about the "Colon Cleansing Ad" at the top left. It sort of looks like an ad, but doesn't. Could be confusing to visitors.

change the grey color from ur site..........it doesn't look cool......

I think you shud work on logo, and spacing around the sections, now its looks like congested a bit, never mind, this is a just suggestion

 

I´d rate it 7/10. It looks too simple for me somehow..

 

well mate site is quite informative and well structured , just spice it up a bit , looks quite dull in colors ..

You have horizontal menu at the top and a vertical one on the right.

You could use the real estate for more content which is the most important.

You could have title to the horizontal menu items.

The left margin and right margin, I think, are too wide.
Maybe you could narrow them down.

Other than that the simpler the better.

Dark characters on a white background are the most neutral
and I think they are just fine.

 

Your template is good. U can bring those links at the bottom to top if u can.

 

I like the scrolling feature (Latest Telecom & IT News). Sec, rather cool interface. Would love to see the site again when more developped, as it is lacking a bit, euh, content. But that's what you mentioned in your thread-description: so, I will keep an eye on it once you've worked on it. Hope you keep on doing the good work.

But, in the above you will have a 468x60 image banner instead of search bar in sub-pages....
