    The site contains a script which itself is worth $90

    It has custom designs including a custom homepage banner and a custom logo.

    The site receives over 11,000 views /month

    The domain is almost 2 years old and PR3

    A few months ago I sold links and blog posts on the site in a special system to help people boost their SEO, I made over $100 doing this.

    I got lazy and stopped this method, but you could start again straight away and make even more money than I did.

    In fact you can even use this method to give your own sites a boost

    A little about what the site is:
    The site has two parts: a blog and a video site. The video site is the main part of the site and gets most of the traffic. The blog can be used for any purpose that you see fit. I have used it for SEO work. The videos on thye site are hosted on YouTube so they do not steal your bandwidth! It's a great site and I'm sad to be selling it but it gives you guys a chance to have a nice high traffic site that can easily make you money.

    It is hosted at Zensix.

    You can keep it there until you find your own hosting but I won't keep it on my server for longer than 2 weeks.

    The hosting requirements aren't huge some don't worry.

    Alternatively you can just pay me every month to host the site.

    How about the link you have already sold? I guess you are bound to not deleting the links (because they have already pay the rents). How can the new owner start again?
