Sorry to say bro with $15000 you even cant be able to hire a consultant for that project.. that project is too big as Google Earth is.. May be more complex than Google earth.. But 100 time profitable than Google Earth.. Can anyone tell me. how to secure idea before sending proposal to companies.. i mean the patent process..any site ????
well do you think some one is going to just throw a couple of hundred thousand at you just because you THINK you have a good idea. I think you need to just post the idea in rough form other wise you haven't a hope of getting the money. Good luck though
well if you want to share your idea then i may be help you. Here In India All service are really cheap and we can work together and can share profits equally, I respect the Idea and You also need to respect the Investors.. We can Bind Each other Legally Under a contract too.
That's YOUR work do you want someone else to make up the terms? You can't just have a idea and expect someone else to do all the work..
If you're trying to sell an idea you'll need to show some form of proof that the idea is a good one before anyone would even think about investing in it.
