    Hey DP'ers.

I need a couple banners made up.

The first is a header banner 468 X 60. I will need animation in the banner and
I want it to go through four frames of messages.
First message "Slingshot your article or blog post out to our network of 2744 websites - Now" (3 seconds)
Second Message "Slow submissions over a month" (3 seconds)
Third Message "First three submissions free if you click on this ad!" (5 seconds)
Articleslingshot dot com needs to be somewhere static on the banner. The header banner on this page is an example of something like I am
    looking for
    http://www.thisblogwillpaymymortgage.com/
    Code (markup):
As a pic below the text you could have a slingshot shooting an article out to
maybe a depiction of a bunch of webpages, something like that. Incorporate the slingshot somehow. Oh and I will also need a copy of the header in
the size 234X60 if you can condense it down.

On that same url, the top right box banner that says mass article control is a good example of what I want for my box banner. Same frames of text as
the header banner described above, articleslingshot url at the bottom, incorporate a slingshot somewhere.

You can submit entries for both banners or just one banner. 2 day contest, but I hold the right to end it sooner. Feel free to be creative and do some things
a bit different then what I have said if you think it will turn out better.

Header banner winner $30.00, Box Banner $20.00. Payments made through paypal. One person might win both or winners might be different, I just pick the best out of each.

Gif Please, or is it a PSD, I think it's Gif since it has animation? what is the normal format for animated ad banners?

Whatever format that will allow me to submit to other websites and let them use it as an ad on their site.

The Watermarks will be removed upon purchase.

    What do you think?

I will deliver the file(s) in both .psd and .gif.

    Thanks!

If you like this, I can work on the other banner as well.

Looks good, Ok now that I see it, slow it down for me. That's a
bit too quick, so disregard what I said before about times. Also you
mispelled submission on the "slow submission over a month" slide. Once
you slow it down I can get a better look at it.

Also for everyone, change the "slow submission over a month" slide
to "slow submission over a month's time" and then add more time to each
slide, whatever allows you to have enough time to read each slide.

simple, elegant and reflects the website. What more could you want?
If you notice the box banner has a dissapearing effect between slides, while the 1st simply switches.
Let me know which one you prefer for both.

    Thank you.

I've seen the image used on multiple sites. Are you sure it's not a stock photo? :)

Looks good man. Slow down the phrase "slingshot your article etc..." Can't quite read it in time. Change the phrase "Slow submissions over a month" to "slow submissions over a month's time"

I like the dissapearing effect better. But right now I like addictedtomadness's better for the clean look. So you can make a different design or try for the box banner. Or see if I change my mind later :p

Hey spbx, I like that first background. I am not sure about copyright issues... Maybe you can find something like it or figure out whether or not it is copyright.

To everyone, just want to let you know changes on the words. I figure the network of websites is going to keep getting bigger, so change 2744 websites to 2500+.
Also change the phrase "slow submissions over a month" to "slow submissions over a month's time"

    Thanks guys.

Hey looks good, I like the effect change. But I still think you need a different image. Do you have an image of a single article? Also could you change the "articleslingshot.com" To be like the one on my site Article in blue, slingshot in grey?

I can recreate the first background very easily, or just take my own picture since I'm a photographer as well.

I'll have a final version up sometime tonight.

    Thank you!

    edit:

The image has been used on MANY websites -

    http://www.marketingfit.com/how-to-make-your-ezine-content-more-social/
    http://rushes.vemana.in/
    http://rocketranking.com/
    http://blog.ideaworks.com/2009/02/ (the bottom)
    http://www.guffinmopes.com/2009/01/triond-vs-helium/
    http://makeyoustronger.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html (the center)

These are just 6 sites I found in about 2 minutes that use this exact same image.

I'm almost certain that it is not exclusive, and that it's some kind of stock image.

Either way, I'll still make a new background if you'd like.
