    @deceylon, I think Paypal has stopped accepting debit card long back. I tried several debit cards on Paypal before opting for an credit card to verify my paypal account. VCC seems to me the only helpful option for you.

    But who are the reliable VCC sellers on the internet.
    Because there are many scamers.

    You can verify your Paypal account with a Vcc and a virtual bank account. There are many good and reliable sellers. I used htp://www.debitcards4all.net

    I can vie for this site - vccorder.com
    The owner is the only one I know who is a reliable vcc seller, there are other sites but they don't deliver as fast.

    extraspecial is right - you dont need a VCC just a regular credit card and bank account. Once you link both you'll be verified. Pretty sure its the same whether its a business or personal account

    Sure they do. I verified mine with a debit card. Happens to be from Bank of America and Chase (WAMU)... No problem. Has to be an AMERICAN bank or Internationally recognized bank. They are just Soooo trustworthy you know? That's why taxpayers bailed them out last year. PayPal likes that, they sure do.

    @ deceylon: Just check with your "Local" "non-american" bank and ask them if they have a "verified by visa" option for your debit card. If yes, then its possible to generate and verify that debit card which is linked to your "local" , "non american" yet trust worthy bank :)

    You can verify PayPal account using your Credit Card or Virtual Credit Card(VCC). You can also verify using your bank account if you are from US.
