Water on Moon?

    Why not? There is water in space - you have ice on comets and so on, so why not on the moon?
    I haven't heard any news anyway.

    well yes, it seems that there is a possibility of water in the moon..... NASA has also confirmed it......:cool:

    Thanks to NASA who actually made the Moon Mineralogy Mapper (M3) that found that out ..

    It's not hard to believe. This universe is huge. Who knows what it really hides . Maybe somewhere are some different species of humans .. or aliens lol.

    Yes I too saw it on news. Even today there was some live telecast of press meet by ISRO officials.
    But they say its not in liquid form.

    India's first lunar mission had made a "path-breaking and real discovery" by establishing the presence of water on the moon, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) chairman Nair said.

    Later NASA conformed the fact after checking pictures taken from chandrayan -1
