searching a virtual credit card that can be topped up via paypal

    hi.

    i found http://www.paypal-topupcardmanagement.com but it seems to be for british people only.

    i need a virtual credit card / prepaid credit card, that i can top up via my paypal balance.

    i need this to use google-adwords / adbrite and the like.

    If you are looking for a prepaid debit card (I never heard about prepaid credit card), you could try Payoneer. However, I'm not sure, if Payoneer allows their cards to load via Paypal.

    It seems that most of these VCC funding by Paypal works only for USA residents.
    I'm looking for buy a VCC using Paypal for month. But not found a solution yet.

    you can top up your VCC account via paypal. no need to trust anybody. I had got a tuto here form a DP member SANBAT. its a wonderful method. for all the paypal or moneybookers hassles. you can load your vcc account form paypal and vice versa. I am now happy. and have good business with ebay.com/au
    i bought/and sell product using my fully funded PP. want to know!!??
