I have done a lot to develop this site with backlinks. It will surely get PR within a couple of weeks if you keep doing SEO but i did the hard work. It's new but its picking up fast. All the buyer has to do is keep the blog updated. $129 is not that much asking for this site. I bought this site from FLippa from a reputable member there for $297 you can check it out just search this site name. These articles alone i can sell plr rights all for $70.

I actually make a loss from selling this site for that price!

id keep it man and just give it some time. its a nice site and with PR you can get back your flippa money. only thing id do is change that god awful puple background. lol

 

really strange, the blog is sold a few days after the domain was registered and after that not changed!

I'm still using his month free hosting so he will push the domain once the buyer finds their own hosting. He is a good guy and i trust him. Anyway site is sold now.

 

No mate i just have don't the time for it. I don't care how much i sell it for as money is not a issue for me. I would rather see this site in someone elses hands who will make good use of it.
