Your blogs traffic does not depend on the traffic you get. It depends on how many quality links do you have showing you as a nice website. My blog got 2,200 pageviews yesterday, my blog pr is 0 too. So do you get it?

It's because you don't have back link, get back link you can easily do that by directory submission, social Bookmarking, forum posting, blog comment
Because you have very few backlinks, page view does NOT effect pr, if it did everyone would be buying junk traffic.
your back link is not enough to increase your page rank still your backlink is 27. (you can check,go to yahoo.com,then type on search tool bar site:type your url, then you can see your results) if you need to increase your back links, you can do directory submission article submission do flow blog comments etc.etc...
