The basic ideas of link building is to exchange links (including 3 way), buy high PR blogroll, comments, and Social Networking. But this kind of method is only effective to raise your blog until PR4 (or PR5 if you're lucky). Anybody want to share a tips how to get PR5+? I know if we write good post naturally a lot of sites will link to ours, but this could take years. I mean if there are instant way (3-6 months) to gain PR5+?
Why the hurry to get a PR 5+? It took my website nearly 3 years to get a PR5. Just keep creating great content and search for those backlinks thats all you can do.
Truth be told, you do NOT need tons of links to gain a PR5. This can easily be done by keeping your content good and on topic and then gaining that one special link. By doing this and linking your site withing well, you could also be gaining favourable positions in search engines.
Forget the link exchange part and build one-way links. I have yet to see 1 web site with high PR that uses or has used link-exchanges.
