Not just in one day but it takes around 2-3 days (spread across all DC's and exporting PR to google toolbar etc.). DON.
i think that last updated Google PR was 27th may, now recently i don't know where google updated PR.... i think that it takes some more time. to updated PR......
yeah its been a while since the PR update. hopefully its coming soon, I should be getting some PR love... even though its not worth much lol
I think it was in like May but i'm not really that sure. After the changes I heard that they won't be updating pagerank for years...
I think thats because the term bulk reos is not hot, not mant ppl search for "bulk reos" I think. if you make a single page with a radom string such as "CNSJALEK1489" for keyword, and you dont need links or anything else, just after google index this page, then you search CNSJALEK1489, you will find your #1...
i didn't notice that update in July that many people talks about, i did notice the one in may, maybe the PR update in july didnt have many changes. lets hope i get some more good PR's in next Pr update which should be happenning soon
I think they will probably keep pr, and we will probably see an update within the next couple weeks or so.
You still have to work harder to increase the PR if you haven't see any PR update for your sites.. Just work harder.
Wasn't this site forums.digitalpoint.com a pr6 a few days ago? Maybe I am thinking of another site, but I thought it was a pr6, at the moment my toolbar says it's a pr4. Maybe google updates this site more often, or maybe I am just loosing my mind.
Today is officially 4 months without a pagerank update. I think it is childish for Google to stall on the update only to prevent the 0.0005% of webmasters trying to sell links when there is a huge chunk of the internet developed over the last 4 months with no pagerank at all. Google should just look at all those "fake pagerank" directories out there selling links BECAUSE Google hasn't updated the pagerank for an extraordinarily length of time. Google doesn't seem to understand that serious webmasters and businesses are not going to link to a website with an N/A pagerank because it looks like a banned site or a "bad neighborhood", which very few people will link to (at least what many of these webmasters have told me). This is the real reason why I'm a little pissed off about the time it's taking for an update of my new sites that I've been working on daily since the end of May.
I'm really sick of waiting and I'm not one to usually focus on a useless metric. My problem is that quality, related sites wont exchange links based on the quality of your site, or even the number of backlinks. It's solely on the amount of green you have in your pr bar. I've been creating high quality content but haven't been getting the exposure I was hoping for. So I may have to put my online business on the back burner until google decides what they want to do. I think google is focusing on google caffeine so much that they're redirecting too much money away from their normal duties. Google is getting bigger by the day and I feel they're growing scared that newcomer sites like twitter could start taking more market share. We'll see how this plays out. Time for a real job search I guess.
I hate to say this again having said it 10,000+ times already but Anyone who tries to build their business off a search engines back should also find a great bankruptcy lawyer. I help people get to the top of the search engines but never used Google or any other search engine to build my business. No thats not it....Google is a corporation and like any other major business they have budgets in place each year, for all of their departments. Money for new projects is allocated as needed but rarely at the expensive of other business units. You may want to take some business courses so you can have an understanding of what happens in the business world.
Actually there is a PageRank update done daily. Google updates PageRank daily for its employees usage each and everyday.... What has not happened, is an export of data to the Google Toolbar in over 3 months.
