    Ok.

If she remember the security question and password, and alternative mail details, she can at any time reset the password, isntit?!

never use yahoo again . even i can de-active any yahoo ID
it really unsecure and yahoo itself has no control on its system and you can see in chat rooms,it full of spam, boter that they can kick anyone out by bots or disconnection, lock voices and noone can talk ..ect

when you contact yahoo support , you will get the most funny stupid replies ever
i hope they sold yahoo out to google or microsoft cause yahoo really is sux

    use gmail or msn better.

Better to make new ids and talk with some other messenger instead of Yahoo messenger and stop using other's computers like cybercafe computers.

Yahoo can help if you can remember the security questions and a few details such as date of birth and zip code.Try contacting yahoo customer care

    Phone : 18003180631

    Time : 6am - 6pm
    (Pacific Time)

    Hope that helps!

if they already know that, then there won't be any need of calling Yahoo.
They can do it themselves by clicking on the Forgot Password button.

Yahoo does suck. I remember I went on a summer vacation (no log-in for about 1 month), and they de-activated my e-mail because of "inactivity"? It was pretty retarded, as I used that e-mail for a lot of my Social Networking sites..
