Best wordpress theme for SEO.

Well, wordpress SEO is also determined by its theme ? I heard yes and i believe also but i don't know that which theme is best. Please tell me the name and place where i can find.

Actually it depends on the coding of the theme.
How much code bloating is in the theme or how the developer has presented the sections of the theme.

Generally DESIGN wont effect rankings as mot of the wordpress themes follow the same development pattern , you can use almost any theme

Bedies, i don't think the theme itslef have minor effect on SEO, but how u make it SEO friendly matters!

 

For SEO, you can't beat blogger. After all, google blogspot has been designed to generate its own PR using internal juice from the google domain.

 

if your website is very helpful, yes, design is not important. we do not like wikipedia because if it's design. we and google like it because of it's content.

but, we don't have websites or blogs like wikipedia. so, every detail is important. visitors must like the website. otherwise, they will not check the other parts, pages of it. for example, if you want to buy something from a website, should it look reliable? of course, yes. and design is one of the most important detail about the reliability.

for SEO,
- theme should be valid xhtml,
- use h1, h2, h3 tags in best places,
- do not use too many images,
- theme should be unique,
- etc.

if theme is really important for you, you should have a unique theme.

 

True, one of my blog was in the 4th place on the first page of google search and almost 70% of the traffc to my site comes from google search that too with a looooooooooooooooooooong blog addres lol i was not aware at that time about all these things does matter, but still somehow it made it to the 4th place wthout anything sort of extra work
