I have been reading about FFA links helping building your link popularity, do you being a SEO use them?
Do you recommend them for building back links?
Can you recommend list for submitting site links?

You should stay away from them, even reading about them is a waste of your time.

Uhm, what exactly do you mean by FFA link if you wouldn't mind explaining that. I know a good bit of SEO and about link building, I have never heard of them.

You're not going last long here at all if this kind of jubberish is all you plan on posting, which seems to be the case judging from your post history.

It's bit of an old term (which is why you might not have heard of it). It stands for "Free For All." FFA sites are nothing more than link farms that auto-accept links submitted to them. They fell out of favor many years ago when the search engines started frowning on such practices. While common way back in the day, I rarely see such sites nowadays since they get penalized very quickly by the search engines.

And to answer the original poster, no one uses such sites anymore. You should avoid them like the plague.

I would keep well away from FFA websites, using them can do more harm than good.

    Thanks Brian

They're bad. Google hates them. Don't associate yourself with them. End of story.

Well, I don't know about any sort of jubberish being posted, I did have a legitimate question and thank you for your answer. As to the original post question, no I do not use FFA links in my link building campaigns. I do see them quite often, but I agree with the fact that they have been dying down the past year due to search engines cracking down.

One of my clients had hired a "SEO Company" from the middle east before I took them on. Well, long story short about half of their links stopped being counted due to a terrible link profile. The internal linking structure was a horror story and so was incoming link profile.
