Since your original personal adsense account is disable, you will have to get into a different relationship with adsense, that is as a business entity
I m not aware which country you are in, what u can do it, register a business firm either as a single proprietorship or a company whichever is easy for u, of course, there is some pain involved in it, get tax registration, u need to have a good address and some head breaking with the registrar of firms/companies making him understand what is Online Business, some guys just dont understand (i had this problem). Like in India we have to pay service tax (for some reason India govt considers online business as providing service), so we need to get service tax regn no., else we will not be able to open a bank account for the firm
Then apply for adsense, even the acceptance is much easier as google as a business likes to do business with similar entities and they take you much seriously, trust me, even replies to support email are faster for business accounts, dont believe me, try it!
