Looking for a Wordpress programmer and graphic designer

    I am looking for a wordpress programmer and graphic designer to make a custom wordpress theme and make changes to my wordpress site (layout or programming)
    I will give more details about my site once I narrow the list to a few.

    It will be on a per need basis only.
    Payment would be made via Paypal after completion and verification of work.
    The programmer must be very responsive and quick.
    It is better if you are a graphic designer too, since I also need some graphic design work to be done.

    Please PM me your experience with wordpress (sample themes), testimonials/reviews and pricing per hour/job.

    Do not contact me if you don't already have a portfolio of related projects for review.

    You can save big bucks if you use a WP template - and so many of these are free. I do modifications. I do cheap SEO. PM me or visit my site.
