When you make a poll, you shouldn't just wait for the answers to go the way you want them to. Act on what they say as soon as possible.

 

It's hard for me to create a better logo.. This one takes my 2 hours!!

 

then pay for a one or post on the freebies section if you are lucky you might get one

 

To sum up, this is what has happened in this thread.

1) You showed us your site and a lot of people didn't like it and pointed out the logo as needing improvement.

2) You made a poll and this also showed that people didn't like it.

3) People gave advice but you didn't take it.

4) You are waiting for the poll to swing the other way so you don't have to improve or change anything because it is "hard" and takes "2 hours" to make a new logo.

 

I think posting in this thread gives this guy too much attention, that's why ignoring him is the way to go

 

I have tried to help you out by creating two new logos for you to try while I was having my breakfast this morning. I am not saying that they are better.

Great summarization by Fade to Black (I especially like the fourth point.. haha) .. You're really a nice guy/guru in this post here. May be you should help someone who'd appreciate it. Lots of people in DP fits that category, but obviously not here.

1. Blackle looks much more pleasing because it's gray. Your white letter contrast so much with the black that it hurts my eye when looking at it for too long. Blackle doesn't. It's smooth. you should change to gray.

2. No offence but your logo sucks. Can't you see that the BP and LED fonts can't go together? It's like they're fighting each other. Fade to black's logo is probably not the best, but it's better than the current one cuz at least it's not conflicting in itself.

3. You use subdomain for seo purpose cuz you domain name doesn't mean anything.. and it's not even brandable like Blackle. Why on earth would you do that???
