    This is a Nice online filehosting website . The site is estabilished 2 years ago ,
    Im Using a Licenced software called MFHS Pro Edition which cost 100$ . which support many features like Multi Server Balancing , Premium accounts , gallery Addon , Advanced Upload Methods , Advanced Revenue Generation ..ect
    Also im using a custom skin & Logo which cost 60$

    Revenue Details :
    revenues are generated from :
    - Google adsense
    - Adbrite
    - Premium suscriptions
    - Text links sale
    - banners sale

    Traffic Details:

    The site recieve 2000 daily average visits with 13 uploaded files/day
    Traffic source: is principally from forums / blogs / + banner in 2 websites .
    It is PR0 and it have 120.000 backlinks .

    Note :
    when a soemone purshass this site he will have :
    - The site content
    - MFHS licence ( he should give me his desired username and email to transfer the licence )
    - Custome skin

    how do you earn from adsense and adbrite at the same time ?

    this is against the terms of service for each of them !

    I chosen a good Dedicated server , so it will fit the site when it will get more visits . I pay 80$/month . ( a quality and fast server)

    The bandwith usage is shown on the stats : between 1500GB and 2500GB
    The total files size : 182GB (a Chron job exisit : which delete automaticly inactive files ( 45 days without any download) so it is stable between 175GB and 180GB for more than 1 year .

    How many premium subscriptions are there or do you get a month?

    a shared hosting will not work for this site as it recieve good amount of traffic . sometime >4000 visits/day
    SO I recomend a VPS or Dedicated hosting (better) .

    I got last month August : 2 payments ( 4$ x2 ) for one month premium account .( if you need proof i can send you screenshots)

    Of course I can help the buyer in any time . also when you will recieve the licence script you will also have the right to access to the support forum which give all help to users .

    The site can make real income if the new owner give some dedication to the site , because i negliged it last months because the nature of my work . so it lost some traffic .

    I have a current website receiving 120,000 a month. It's working just fine on a shared plan. But it's an image host, not a file host. I suppose a dedicated server would be recommended.

    What are (were) your promotion methods for the website?

    Actually I dont do any promotion . but in the past ,I did alot ( Forum posting / banners / Text links / suggesting my forum members to use it ..ect )

    It is hosted with Burst.net - it is not offshore - : We have a Report abuse system which you should check from time to time . se we delete reported files if we recieve any complain from any company .

    Yes , I can help the new winner in setting and customization .

    What dedicated servers are you using (link please)? I'm currently looking for one that has something similar to what is beign used right now, but I haven't been able to find anything for that price currently.

    As I mentioned , I have a Dedicated server leased by burst.net ( caracteristics above) .

    Well , if you check my first post ( posted during the forum database errors) you will know that the auction is ended . and as you see no one has posted his Bid because of the difficulties faced by users while browing this forum .

    SO I will wait until I recieve a better offer .

    I know you said dedicated before, I was just curious what host you were using.

    Bust.net is a porn site :confused:

    I saw the bidding ended two days, which I believe was this morning or yesterday. This is why I was curious what was going on with it since no one posted any bids.

    I will give a better offer if no one else does soon.

    Their servers seem good for the price, even found a deal for them.

    Note that you will own : the domain name + websiting content + Licence + Custome skin .

    Note: I can help the new buyer on Settings and customization , but I cant help in transfering the site because it is more than 182GB content. so you will need the support of the new Webhosting provider if you change the Dedicated server.
