CPALead does not pay a low %. They pay a standard 75%-85% depending on your site type I think. If you get a good amount of traffic, you can get an even higher rate. If you think you can get incentive offers from Copeac or other networks like that, good luck! You will see your scrubs go through the roof after 1 day of trying to run on your own.
