What you guys dont understand is that throughout history, the leaders of the most powerful countries have always been immune from being accused of stuff like this. The babylonians, the persian empire, the greek empire , the romans. Different name but the same goal. When we are able to see crimes in a totally unbiased way, we will have evolved as a species. Of course you will get the rah-rah flag wavers here that will say that its a neccessary part of the war on terror, but to have someone threaten to kill your children and your wife sexually abused? AIsnt there an international court for these sorts of acts?
yea pretty sure there are international bodies intended to deal with this...but they seem to kowtow to the US without too much of a fight.

Amazing how an investigation is launched when the Attorney General has absolutely no familiarity with the case, and refuses to even read the memos associated with it. How on earth can an attorney seek to pass judgment in a case where they refuse to do any research on the case? The Obama administration has continually sought to abolish the legal interpretations in the memos. Attorney General Eric Holder has also revoked all Bush-era legal opinions and documents that justified interrogation programs. All this without ever once even reading any of the memos or legal opinions. Holder's making Reno look like a saint rather than a fire starter.
It doesn't take a lot of reading or a genius to know that raping a suspect mother is against the rule of law in a civilized country but I suppose some people don't even have the minimum amount of intelligence and defend such actions as you do.
