Adsense banned me on 9000$

    Hello,

Well, today, I received a lovely email that said "Google AdSense Account Disabled". Yay. The email I received went along to say that my account is a significant risk to their AdWords advertisers. HOWEVER, it didn't say anything about click fraud, etc.

The question I have is, I was scheduled to receive an EFT (electronic funds transfer) from Google by the 30th of this month for over $5500 and for about 3700$ for month of october. My question is, will I be getting this? as I have seen alot of people claming they have got payment from google even though their account was disabled but they were not convicted for click fraud so for me
Google's TOS say that if your account was disabled for click fraud, you wouldn't get paid, however, the email I received didn't note click fraud.

I've appealed Google's decision, but I'd like to know what you guys think.

    Thanks

Yes I have seen the same thing.Below is the sample of the email I have got from google. Is this their standard email format for disabled accounts or invalid click guys get different email? Plus it dosent mention about whether they are going to refund the adwords advertisers or not.

    Hello,

While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our
advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the
interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We
realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in advance
    for your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions about your account or the actions we've taken,
please do not reply to this email. You can find more information by

This is ridiculous! It's nothing to do with his name and believe me Google does disable account with suspicious activities. The bottom line is: AdSense has guidelines that many webmasters do not adhere to because they believe that 1) Google will never be able to catch them or 2) They will make some quick money no matter what.

It's not about where you're from, or your name, color, religion...nothing like that. It's about rules, if you dont follow them, you will face consequences sooner or later(...)

i am sure arbitrage is not fine with google, its when you buy traffic from adwords and monetize it with adsense. How much have you spent on adowrds or other advertising networks? and do you mind telling your location?

Google doesn't like fruad. They are very strict because its the advertisers you are hurting with this and not them. Many advertisers will leave adsense if they are not getting the results they pay for and deserve. Try to follow the guidelines and you will earn honestly. If you try to munipulate the results with Google Adsense you WILL be banned.

I hope you get paid, you should not have put the hold on your 3.7k payment, i doubt they would pay you tho. How long you have been into adsense/adwords game? i am sure there was a huge buzz when google put a stop to this scheme and if you are doing adwords for long then you probably already know about it.

I think that they should pay your earnings even if they disable your account. Because there is nothing about Adwords in their TOS.
Another point is that Adwords belongs to Google. If they don't pay your Adsense earnings, they should refund your Adwords payments. A user loses $$ and a company profits from it. That's your case.

First at all, sorry to heard about that you get banned by adsense
Adsense will never mentioned that you get banned due to "click fraud" but they prefer to use "significant risk". The reason is adsense is not 100% sure that your site make fraud click, they only know that the click from your site is not achieve their confident level based on the statistical analysis, or saying that it is high possibility fraud click happen on your website.

Anyway, you can stil appeal but the chances get back your account is low. However, for the old adsense account still have higher chance compare to new adsense account
