I don't think you will get $30 for a brand new domain if it was a bit old say 3-6 months I would take this task on
Why ? You mean i should work on to increase its alexa rank and pr ? I can get it to be The 500 k in 7 days by redirecting my .tk domain to it which gets crazy traffic .
I would take this on but, this domain is new and not really brandable. Also it is a .info which is like a $3 domain on some places. Maybe if it was aged or had pr I might consider purchasing it.
