Ok, I'm in need of an easy remote assistance software, where my client shouldn't open any ports, research other details or whatsover. All I need is, as an example, he downloads an executable, launches it, sees his IP-port and user-password. Once I get this info, I should be able to control his PC. Radmin, Remote assistance ( Windows ), Teamviewer, etc. - there are plenty of options, but most of them require at least some experience. Not everyone is that smart ( yes, even if it means "OK" & "CANCEL", it can be a hard job for someone ). Any ideas/suggestions ?
