    Selling MyTelekinesis.com

    Reason I'm selling: because I need the money.

    Payment through Paypal only. Auction ends as soon as I find a good offer or someone pays the BIN of $1600. Although this site only averages around $1 per day on Adsense, I'm giving it a higher value based on its age and potential. Some Adsense modifications could increase revenue greatly, although I don't have the time to experiment.

    This website is more than four years old and has been active all that time. Any article you write will rank very well. Most articles are written by the community and there's a way that I will show you to transfer articles from the members section to the other categories. I haven't moderated the site in a while, although there are several members who regularly contribute content.

    All the content in the main categories is unique and mostly written by me. I took all the pictures and I personally made the design.

    Bid starts @ $200

    Any questions send me a PM.

    Shame your site isn't administered as it appears to have been ruined by spam

    Your site is not worth to $200. I think so. You should down to reasonable price

    @root-b

    Beside its age its not worth a dime, and it looks like a dead website which has been registered and thrown in a dark corner to rot. THATS WHY!

    I'll suggest joaquin to wait for one month and meanwhile work hard generating traffic and backlinks then sell it as a established website with age and revenue.

    *sighs*

    Sites are sold based on REVENUE, period.

    I'm tired of sifting through 200 sites every day, and EVERY SINGLE SELLER thinks he should make the price 10x "based on potential"

    Have a read here http://www.experienced-people.co.uk/1003-valuing-your-website/site-valuation-myths.htm

    And sorry for the rant but between here and flippa it's getting ridiculous..

    I feel you mate, i wanted to spend some money i made from affiliates in last few days and expand my website portfolio, but all i see here is crappy sites with inflated price and webmasters bloating the "high potential".

    @kendo - thanks for the link -
    the problem is that website flipping is being hyped at the moment
    people selling 900 $ + courses on 8 DVDs on how to flip websites and teaching clueless newbies they can ask 300 bucks for a blog which scrapes some rss feeds :D
    on the other side they still have a free will and you dont "urge" them to buy your site

    - I personally know a guy who bought a website for 5000 bucks and the site basically makes nothing "but has lots of potential"..:D
