i already got my PERSONAL ACCOUNT and verified. Thanks for all the help. But still i have small problem. I cant receive payment for Credit Cards. Im only allowed 5 times within 1 year.

You can change or edit name but if your in doubt you can asked or e-mail paypal to do it for you. I remember before I asked them to change back my premier to personal account but that is way different obcourse but anyway you can always inform them that you need to change info so you will encounter no problem later on with them
