okay, I never received a pm notification for a winning bid. and I was left a negative feedback, then I replied immediately and paid for the item, and was left a positive feedback but the negative feedback is still there, when the person who left the negative feedback emailed or contacted an admin he/she told that they do not interfere with it anymore. now I am asking why is there such a rule? like its not fair now because of a problem with either my or digitalpoints mail servers I did not receive a pm notification and because of that I have gotten my 100 percent positive itrader to a lower rating.. I used the report function but was unable to get help. Now I am ranting here.
I think this rule is in effect, due to the amount of people that may have abused the system in the past.
I think jhmattern said in another thread that they can alter those if there's sufficient proof, but I think that was about banning members who left fake negative feedbacks..
You're not allowed to leave duplicate feedback. If you bought something by auction, there should not have been a second feedback left for you. The seller shouldn't have jumped the gun. Yes, itrader feedback can be altered, but not because somebody changed their opinion on the transaction.
I have never changed my mind on the transaction. I was going to pay for it if I was the winnning bid but I never got any pm notification. So negative feedback was left. As you can see in the image below...
this is bullshit. Then I want my user deleted , so I can create a new user!! I am a perfectionist, I need %100 Positive!!!!
bullshit, horse shit, its all shit. you user name cannot be deleted and you cannot create a new user, those are the rules. moderators do not get involved in member disputes and there is nothing we can do about your negative iTrader. eventually the positives will far outweigh that one negative iTrader.
What I'm saying is if John leaves an Itrader rating for Mary, he cannot come back some days later and say he wants the moderators to change the rating he left for Mary. It just isn't feasible. I'm not trying to be mean, but this is a policy that keeps good for the most part. You'll see repeatedly on DP where mods have advised the members NOT to leave itrader too hastily.
