    traffic - has to be some

    money - it doesnt have to be monetized

    domain - must be thru godaddy for at least 11+ months or more

    hosting - must be a free hosting

    price $1 - $24 via paypal

    I can sell 2 health sites with traffic (first about 600 monthly, second 200 monthly uv). about 20-40$ monthly revenue. I can sell this 2 sites for 110$.

    I have a mortgage website that I can no longer maintain being hosted on free hosting... have owned the domain on MyDomain since 2004... I don't like GoDaddy... comes with two domain names - http://www.quickclickmortgage.com and http://www.quick-click-mortgage.com - both expire Oct 26, 2009 altho I will renew them if I don't give up the website... I also have a gmail address to accompany the site... if you are interested let me know... I'm looking to lighten my load... =}
