I think most of us are experimenting every day. There are many threads describing SEO experiments and even whole sites detailing them. They pretty much all boil down to producing good content that gives value to visitors then getting a few backlinks. Those sites get visitors, the others fade away.

The search engine forums and other webmaster boards is where you can read other webmasters experiments but if I were you I would conduct them myself with some websites of your own. Even still your question is hard to understand and should be rewritten to better clarify what your question truly is asking.

I think some of the techniques are proven - Example - relevant keywords in Title, url and couple places in the content. Backlink with relevant anchors help.

Other than that there are grey areas that need experiments - example include duplicate content, keyword density, penalizing etc...You will need to do your own experiment to find out.

I do a lot of my own case studies and have been doing it for years. I share much of it on my blog under the page - case studies, you can find my blog in my feed under my DP name.

Throw $100 on a bunch of .info domains and run your own, this way you can be sure blog "XYZ" isn't blowing smoke with wrong information.

Also dedicate about 1/3 of the domains with the sole intention of getting banned, yes you want to try and get banned/penalized/filtered so you understand the boundaries and what triggers these things to occur.

It will be the best $100 you spend on SEO, besides a bunch of the test domains will likely turn a profit and pay for the others.
