I have made 3 requests for PIN but i don't know, what is the problem to received my PIN. They send me PIN for 3 times but not received by me. I changed my mailing address also but failed to received. Can any body help me? The mailing (home address) address that i used to received PIN is very old & at populer places in my city of country.
You can actually contact adsense by using their contact form : https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py
This is what the Google help site says: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=35870 So if it has been 90 days since you requested your last PIN, check your account for further instructions.
You live in Pakistan ? The postal service here is not reliable but not getting the letter/PIN for 3 times is strange. I think you should contact Adsense support and they surely will solve your problem. Also, I saw this: "If you have requested your maximum of 3 PINs and have not received any of them within 90 days, then sign in to your account.
