ICC Champions Trophy, South Africa Discussion Thread.

    The ICC Champions Trophy 2009 is a 2nd biggest cricket tournament scheduled to take place in South Africa in September-October 2009. It will be the sixth mini world cricket series. The ICC Champions Trophy 2009 will be contested by 8 Test teams which have been 'seeded' and divided into two groups are A and B.

    Group A - India, Pakistan, West Indies and Australia
    Group B - South Africa, Sri Lanka, New Zealand and England

    Sunday, 20th September: Warm-up - Sri Lanka v West Indies (07:30 GMT)

    Yup India ofcourse, but South Africa, Australia and Sri Lanka have a good chance too :)

    I think in this tournament Australia and India have more chance to win because both team are in form and capable to win the trophy.

    Australia are still in good form in ODI's.

    Guess Srilanka didn't play their frontline players in that match. Remember how badly they defeated Pak. on its tour of Srilanka?
