You wouldn't get more than $50 for a site with a ".im" extension and no site or backlinks

 

Topix.net is a huge, popular, and established site that runs the reader forums for many newspapers. They had the .net and wanted the .com (.com is king) and were willing to pay for it. I doubt that they are interested in the .im or other extensions.

is determined by those guys who want to buy it.Therefore,why not use that direct way if you really want to sell it?

examples of such morons includes nisssan cars (tried to get nissan.com) , Lufthansa (tried to get lh.com ) etc.
