Server seems to be slow since past 24 hours including response from server and uplink any update on that ? I am not going for support as its already overloaded because of the problem with Malaysian uplink.

 

Yes we are having slow connection for support right now. We have try to reply via email for all ticket (which is faster) but it seems sometimes even though the email successfully sent you didn't get your ticket replied. However you can still open a ticket so that our new support team members can learn and try to answer everything you need.

No max active torrent limit per vps. But please do not flood the server with your torrent alone ^^. I do monitor every running process on server.

Regarding the speed. We have emailed Netdirekt for this but still haven't get any response till today.

 

Server seems to have become responsive now and uplink is looking good too for now. Hope it stays that way.
