We offer refunds for shared just not remote desktop accounts or vps or dedicated servers, the reason is because shared hosting is setup automaticly, and with all the rest it is manual setup, now we have to pay people to set these up, would you work hard for free? And i do not belive we can be scammers as your account is there, strange a?

But you may continue to un-recommend us as we have many happy customers, wich only shows one thing sir, doesent it?
