    HI there
my adwords ads stopped running without any reason

i see this message on keywords:

The keyword phrase doesn't currently trigger any of your ads.
There are several possible reasons your ad isn't showing for this keyword, including:

    * You just added the keyword to your campaign. You may experience a short wait as your keyword goes through the review process.
    * Our system is experiencing a delay.

    so whats wrong?
i think it was appear before also but ads was running

it could be possible that another keyword in your adgroup is trigger the search phrases so that specific keyword isn't receiving any impressions.

I understand it's very annoying when the Ads stop displaying for no reason.

You said the campaigns are running smoothly until 3 days ago. So I assume the traffic for those keywords is same, but because your ads are not triggering you are missing all the traffic.
    • Check the Ads status? are they active? or they still under review?
    • Check the CTRs on your keywords. If the CTR are is below the recommended, Google will not display the Ads.
    • How about your keyword quality score? Have you tried changing the landing pages & Ad copy to improve the quality score?
    • If everything looks OK from the above check Adwords T&C. Are you using any Trade Mark terms?
    • Last resort: Google is manually reviewing the Adwords account when certain flags are triggered. If it is more than 5 days I suggest you to talk to Google Adwords Support immediately.
Try posting it on this forum:
    http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/AdWords/user?userid=04393820396606053391&hl=en

Hope that helps! [Edit: Please post here if it helped to resolve the issue, what's Google response?]

your account under review,do u have more than one account? r u using vouchers?. if you have two accounts have the same keywords and you made them active at the same time google will know that and stop your account then they will ban your credit card and billing address.cheers

It could be because of a lack of relevance between your keywords/ ads / landing pages. Did you check your quality score? It is closely related to relevance. Hope that helps!

    Seleno,

You might check what the search volume is for the keyword you are bidding on - if is a low volume keyword, this might explain it. You could also try increasing the bid amount.

You also should delete any paused campaigns that have the same keyword in them. Google does not like multiple campaigns bidding on the same keyword phrase. You will lose the stats on the campaigns when you delete them, so you may want to record your stats by taking a screen shot or writing them down. Once your other paused campaigns containing the duplicate keyword are deleted, Google should start showing your ads on your active campaign.

    Good Luck!

You can try deleting and re creating your campaign, I'm not sure that this will do the trick, but it sometimes works.

    Good Luck!

I didn't see anything that stopping your campaigns. Contact Google Adwords support, I believe your account is under manual review.

    Seleno,

I guess it might be worth looking at the basics that make a good quality score. I assume you know most of this, but it might be worth double checking a few things.

First, make sure to use tightly themed ad groups with no more than 50 keywords in each group, use less when ever possible- make sure these words are all on the same theme: blue widgets, light blue widgets, dark blue widgets, blue widget sale... etc. Then make sure to use the base keyword for that adgroup in your ads: Blue Widget Sale... etc.

Next, make sure your keyword is included in the landing page text and preferably in some of your heading tags. It would also be best if you have the keywords included in your page title and your description tag.

While it is not absolutely necessary, your page name should also include your keyword: www.example.com/blue-widgets.html

The last one is the hardest to get done: text links on other sites that point to your landing page with the keyword phrase hyperlinked: Blue Widgets

I have had success getting quality scores of 7, 8, 9 or 10 when these factors are all in place. If the keywords are not on the landing page or in the ads, you will be lucky to score higher than a 6.

Google will show your ads with a score of 5 or less, but your pricing will be higher and you will really have to get your click-through rates above 2% if you want to keep getting impressions. With a quality score of 7 or higher your pricing will be much lower and you will tend to get more impressions even with a lower click through rate.

I hope this helps - I agree with the previous comment, you should contact Google to see if you are under manual review, they will also let you know if your account has been put in the sandbox.

    Good Luck!

    hi there
i think something wrong on my account, i add keywords on the same theme as u said, i see them pending, then when they approve them, i see the same error message :::::
The keyword phrase doesn't currently trigger any of your ads.
    :::
the keywords include the landing page,
for quality score i have keyword with 10/10 quality score but its not running also

what you mean by sandbox? is it mean that my account is paused at all?

    Seleno,

The "Sandbox" is the term people use when they refer to Google putting your account or a campaign under review, or if your account has been "slapped" it does not necessarily mean that your account is bad, but if you have been doing any black-hat cheater type stuff - you may have damaged your chances of getting the quantity of impressions you are expecting. I would just keep trying to get a reply from Google so they can let you know what is going on. Hang in there!
