Please review my forum

Hey guys. I am having trouble getting people to use my forums. This may be because of the few posts already... But I was wandering if you can find anything wrong with it? Rate it, review it and let me know if I have done something wrong or can do it better.

PS: If you are logged in, there are ads. Also, there is welcome bar etc. I have made several modifications myself.

it is a new forum, It looks pretty good. i think that you need more time to let more people know your form. do you conside about the SEO ?

 

Well. In the past, I looked into SEO a lot. But now I hear a lot of things about this or that doesn't work. What would you suggest? Maybe I will search about SEO Optimization on phpBB3 forums.

 

SEO is not a "one day job". personally, I suggest you keep working/ thinking about SEO. If you want more people to find you on the top page in the google ( not paid Ad ), you need to get more links to link to you forum.
by the way, you can try to offer some free stuff to people, it may get more people come and keep coming back.

 

Looks pretty clear and clean to me, I like it ! Maybe get some more SEO, articles, blog, Links, bookmarking maybe ?

good start for a new forum...remember, only few people succeeds on maintaining a forum. Just like me, I have just created a new forum for designers but find a hard time to start it up. Goodluck to us

You need PP (Passion & Patient)

Here is some suggestion:

1) You may need a team to work with you to maintain your website.
2) Ask all people who you know to join your forum
3) Open some interesting topics to allure more people to “say something”
4) If it is possible, create a “Voting” board. (Personally, I like voting board), a Voting board lets more people see how other people thought

but over all your forum look so good

 

Thanks for the suggestions. I improved the SEO of the site a bit. I have no intentions of giving up any time soon. Working on coding some more mods (like user advertising). I just wish I could get more members lol. Will continue posting more topics on their tho.
