$45 for a banner

We need a 468x60 advertising banner for our new project;

People get $25 free credits on signup to create auctions.

We need that stating on the banner.

We need it to look fresh, cool, apatizing.

Animated is a bonus.

Just to let you know, I'm not paying $45 to someone just for cutting and pasting my current logo and adding text.

Please do not use my current logo. Otherwise i would have just done it myself??

Ill be totally honest with you, these banners are poor, infact very poor. And are not worth $45..
