PR Question

Not getting the appropriate answer thats why I am putting this interesting question here.

With Google not crawling your page the only thing i can think up of is doing Directory Submissions or Search Engine Indexing for that page.

Nope, if Google can't get to it, then PR can't get to it.

 

After doing a search on site:seoforumtalk.com it listed quite a few pages. So google does have the site indexed.

This is quite a good experimentation. There is no way you could get page rank. Since you have blocked in robots file, even the link fromhome page is no follow or do follow it doen't matter. You will not be indexed and hence you will not get PR.
I do not have any solid proof but this is my guess. Correct me if i am wrong.

On the other hand if you keep on link building from outside websites there is a possibility you can get PR. But as I said I am not sure.

I have a question to you. Why do this? You are not allowing the web page to be crawled. So no chance for it to get into SERPS. So why bother about PR. I would do this experimentation If I have time. Can you do this for a while and let us know in the next PR update. Would appreciate your efforts. Thanks.
